standard 200 liter Drum/Barrel

It is provided with individual thermostat to control the operating

temperature.

Flexible Drum-Heater can be used over Metallic as well

as HDPE drums. 

Flexible Drum heater can also be supplied for non standard drum as per client’s specifications.

Metallic drum heater is developed for heating thedrum/Barrel in vertical position. The electrical heating elements arehoused in a robust metal casing with castors and hinges foreasy slip into position around a heavy drum. The elements arespread uniformly and backed with 50mm thick rockwoolinsulation to ensure the better thermal efficiency. Digitaltemperature controller with contactor/SSR is provided forcontrolling the temperature.

The base heater is housed in a metal casing with 50mm thermal insulation.
The drum should be rested over the base heater.
It has a thermostat to control the temperature.
