These Heaters are manufactured in one or two piece constructions. Three or more sections are employed when heaters of larger diameters are needed.

Sensoheat Band Heaters are designed to enable both installation and removal of the heater, without disturbing or having to previously remove other heaters or fittings. Manufactured using nickel-chrome resistance wire, wound onto a mica insulated former enable continuous operation to 300oC. Sensoheat range of Flexible Ceramic Heaters are designed for applications where temperatures upto 400oC are required. Manufactured using individual links allows heaters to be opened out over the barrel.

Strip Heaters (Mica / Refractory Insulated) are made from Kanthal make wire element supported on Mica Sheet or in Fluted Refractory, which is sheathed in rust resisting steel. End-tab holes are provided for mounting. Applications: Provides black heat in ovens, Industrial and commercial heating chambers converters panel boards.

Finned Strip Heaters are basically Heavy Duty Refractory insulated strip heaters with locked on fins for fast transfer of heat to air. Application: In forced air ducts, blowers units, ovens, dryers etc

The versatile coil heater can be formed to a variety of shapes. Coil heaters are small diameter, high-performance units, fully annealed and readily bent to a multitude of configurations. The cable heater can be formed into a compact, coiled nozzle heater supplying a full 360° of heat with optional distributed wattage.

Coil Type Nozzle Heaters are specially designed to prevent the failures of heaters against the leakage and contamination of plastic material at nozzle position. This heater can meet the higher temperature requirement prior to moulding at nozzle position.
